I provide evaluation and treatment of psychiatric conditions in adults age 18 and older.  These diagnoses include (but are not limited to):

• Anxiety Disorders (including Panic)

• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

• Schizophrenia

• Bipolar Disorder

• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Follow-up visit: $175

Extended follow-up visit available upon request

Cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) is required at the time of service.

If you are a patient of record, please note: missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time incur a fee of $75.
